La Pavoni Brasilia, 1 group, 1960
Design: Studio PFR - Gio Ponti, Antonio Fornaroli, Alberto Rosselli
SOLD OUT - PRICE ON REQUEST
Espresso coffee machine with lever system.
The Brasilia model was designed on the occasion of a singular anniversary from which the machine takes its name: the "birth" of Brasilia (a city planned and built between 1956 and 1960), which officially became the capital of Brazil in 1960, where La Pavoni obtained a supply contract.
The front part of the bodywork is marked by a colored windshield, the gold-colored brand name and a metal plaque reproducing the geographical map of the nation of Brazil.
The famous architectural firm Studio PFR (Ponti, Fornaroli, Rosselli) which conceived the design of the model, collaborated assiduously with the La Pavoni company from 1947 until the end of the Sixties.
We ship worldwide, making sure that the machine arrives to its new owner in perfect condition, thanks to a special wooden crate designed to protect it during transport.
